Go to settings :
Click on about phone :
Tap 8 consecutive times on MIUI version in case you have Xiaomi .
(until you see this message : Now you are a developer)
note : for different modules of android you may find : [Number version,builder version ,MIUI version ])
Go one step back and search for Additional settings
Scroll down and select Developer Options
So now we are at developer options ,here we gonna change some features .(Follow me carefully )

What is the animation scale in Android?

Should I enable 4x MSAA?
No, unless you are outputting your mobile to some big display. Most modern-day device don’t need these settings to be turned on, as the display is already so high in DPI that you never see any aliasing with the naked eye.

- Disable HW overlays

Turn on this feature
- Background process limit
Here you can set background process at most 2 or 3 processes.
Last step ,look up Pointer speed in search settings.
and drag the value to max (like you see in picture)
